Brief about Project:
· Implementation of Oracle 11i E-Business Applications at DOFCO, Anand as well as at its Regional Offices and Oil Packaging Stations.
· The project includes theimplementation of thirteen modules and one custom module called as “Employee Self Service”. It includes modules from Oracle Financials, Oracle SCM, and OracleHRMS.
Role/ Responsibilities:
· Responsible for “Order To Cash” Cycle. Handled modules stated as below:
· New developments and enhancements, new processes, & system configurations.
· Documenting the new solutions/ developments.
· Resolving and trouble shooting various issues.
· Change Request Management for users. Regular interaction with the end users for report development including custom report, providing authorization, new role creation and modifications.
Key Working Areas during the Project:
· Data Migration: Opening balances transfer from existing legacy system to Oracle Apps and arranging backlog data to be entered in the system.
· India Specific Tax Mapping: Successfully implemented India Specific Taxes in ERP System i.e. India Local VAT (Value Added Taxes) and India Local Sales Tax.
· Mapping Business Process Requirements related to Supply Chain Management and Accounts Receivables as per the client business process.
· Constant client interaction and user Training from grass root level.
· Convincing customer with coherent solutions and providing alternative solutions to improve their business processes.

· Responsible for “Order To Cash” Cycle.
· Month Closure activities.
· Headed documentation of User training documents and Module Setup documents of all Modules.
· Development of D30 custom reports and implementing changes in the custom reports, if required.
· Planning and organizing training for end users at Head office and regional offices.
· Helped in clearing the backlog entries in the system.
